Sudbury is the birthplace of Thomas Gainsborough the famous portrait artist and the Gainsborough Museum is close by. From A12 join the A134 Sudbury. From the town centre facing south down Sudbury's Market Hill take the right fork along Gainsborough Street following the one-way system. Gainsborough's House is on the right. Follow this road but leave the one-way system when it bears sharply right and carry straight on taking the next right turn - Walnut Tree Lane. The Mill Hotel is now immediately in front of you on the left. We have a large car park. 50 yards further on the right
