Directions to Crow How Country House Rydal

From the South - Leave M6 motorway at Junction 36 turn left onto the A591 and follow this road for approximately 18 miles until you reach the traffic lights on the outskirts of Ambleside. At the lights take the left fork and follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles until it becomes a two-lane one-way street. Remain in the left hand lane and follow the road round. The road then becomes two lanes as you reach the shops you need to be in the left hand lane. Turn left at the top and follow this road for about a mile and you will see the sign for Crow How on the left hand side of the road. We are at the bottom of this driveway.From the North - Junction 40 M6 motorway. Follow signs for Keswick then the B5322 (St. Johns in the Vale) to Thirlmere and Grasmere and then Rydal. Shortly after passing Rydal Water you will see the sign for Crow How on the right hand side of the road. By Public Transport - Windermere is the closest station (5 miles). At Windermere station you can either take the '555' bus heading towards Keswick or you can take a taxi through to Crow How Country House Rydal.
