A former coaching inn the traditional stone building dates back to the 17th century and is the perfect location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings tasty bar meals afternoon tea or fine dining in our restaurant and personal attentive service. The hotel offers high quality accommodation in 19 individually furnished en-suite rooms and is ideally suited for business and leisure guests visiting East Northamptonshire and Rockingham Forest.Weddings and parties are our speciality we are licensed to perform civil wedding ceremonies and have private dining facilities for up to 60 people. Larger parties of up to 150 can be accommodated in a marquee on the lawn.The surrounding area is rich in attractions and events including historic sites traditional villages horse trials and motor racing at Rockingham Motor Speedway. For the active minded there are excellent opportunities for golfing walking cycling fishing and shooting.
