We have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere here and like to give special attention to the finishing touches which make for a great stay. As well as a supply of refreshments in your room, we are happy to serve complimentary refreshments in the guest lounge or garden on your arrival and at any time. There is a supply of CDs and DVD films, fresh flowers in the bedrooms, bath robes, magazines and a library of books in the lounge. Each bedroom has a TV, Wi-Fi is available and a spare computer is provided for guests who do not have their own lap top with them. Transport to the city centre is by a frequent bus service which passes the end of our driveway every 10 minutes and costs £1.40p. Journey time is normally twenty minutes, however in rush hours it can take longer. We have ample private car parking. We offer a meet and greet service from Edinburgh Airport or a pre-booked pick-up from the airport collection stance, if you would like this we can get a quote for you. In addition to the bed and breakfast business we have two city apartments, a two bedroom apartment in the smart Morningside district and a very quiet single bedroom apartment in the New Town area of the city centre. These apartments are available for three day minimum lets and are equipped and serviced to the same standard as the bed and breakfast.
