We are situated with lovely views overlooking the Bristol Channel, towards Wales. just a short walk away is Ilfracombe Harbour (for Lundy

Comfortable family-run B&B/Guesthouse, conveniently located a few minutes from the sea. Close to many attractions.

Breakfast: We have a sumptious breakfast menu, where guest's can choose from, cereals, fruit,juice,croissants, yoghurts, to start, followed by either, Full English(with local produce),Kippers or porridge + toast and preserves

Rooms: All rooms are en-suite except the single which has it's own private bathroom. all have beverage making facilities, freeview TV's and hairdryers. we also provide a lot of thoughtful extras

Parking: Parking is available FREE on site

Wifi: We have free WiFi for all our guests

Families: we have a triple room next to a double which can accomodate families. we accept children when accompanied by responsible adult/s

Disabled Facilities: We have a downstairs double room for those with access problems, with a small step up from our car park. We are looking to get this further enhanced although the shower does have bars for those to hold on to
