We are a small family run B&B in a beautiful village, perfectly located for exploring all the Peak District's major attractions.

Our Peak District B&B is in a perfect location for anyone wishing to explore the Peak District National Park. Some of the most famous of the Park's attractions are within a short drive and Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Bakewell are all within an hour's walk along beautiful footpaths. The Old Station House was built in 1850 and has three ensuite guest bedrooms, two doubles and one twin / superking with extra long 6'6" beds. All the rooms have TV/DVD, WIFI and views over the surrounding countryside. We also offer off-road parking for our guests. A full English or vegetarian breakfast is included in the price, with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs as an alternative. All our bread, jams and marmalade is homemade and our free range eggs are from the farm across the road. There are two restaurants and a local pub in the picturesque village of Rowsley, all less than five minutes walk of the house. Also in Rowsley is a working mill museum with a delicious vegetarian cafe, an art gallery and the Peak Village Shopping Centre. The Old Station House has been rated five star by its guests which reflects the fact that we do everything we can to make our visitors welcome and comfortable during their stay. Until 23rd December we are offering 2 Nights for £105 Sun-Thurs and 3 Nights for £150 including weekends.

Breakfast: We provide a full English or vegetarian breakfast, or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs as an alternative. Our eggs are from the farm across the road, the bread, jam and marmalade are all home made.

Rooms: We have three guest rooms, two with double beds and one that can be either set up with two twin beds or one superking. All rooms are ensuite and have TV/DVD players, tea/coffee making facilities, guest info packs with walking guides, a hairdryer and a radio alarm clock.

Parking: Off road parking is available.

Wifi: Free WIFI available

Pets: Unfortunately we do not accept pets at the moment.

Families: We do not have any family rooms, although families are very welcome to stay with us. We can take up to six people.

Disabled Facilities: All our guest rooms are on the first floor so we are not suitable for anyone who cannot climb one flight of stairs.
