The unusual bathroom has a sunken bath has a romantic candlelit surround, there is a walk in rain shower and stained glass windows. Breakfast is served in the privacy and comfort of your own room, overlooking the countryside beyond. Enjoy a Full English breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or fresh fruit muesli with organic yogurt and local honey. Walk behind the Courthouse and stroll through ancient bluebell woods. We are perflectly placed to visit many sights of historical significance, including including 1066 battle grounds and 14th century moated castles - Bodiam Castle, Scotney Castle, Rudyard Kipling’s house Batemans, Bedgebury Pinetum, Bewl Water, Sissinghurst Castle, Pashley Manor and Merriments Gardens. Rye and Hastings and many other places are not too far away. You could sample the wines in local vineyards or try the local brew and fine food in the many countryside pubs.
