The Gallery is a Grade II listed Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of the market town of Thirsk with its twice weekly market, many shops, cafes and restaurants. The Gallery is directly opposite The World of James Herriot and next door to Thirsk Museum. We offer luxurious accommodation and a warm welcome whether you are here for a short break, a wedding, on business or just a James Herriot fan! Your day starts with an award winning delicious Yorkshire breakfast and we are always on hand to help you enjoy your stay. Our three charming rooms are all en-suite with lots of little extras, including digital tv/dvds (you're welcome to borrow dvds to watch), free wifi internet access, tea/coffee making facilities etc. Thirsk is the perfect location to explore the North York Moors, the Yorkshire Dales, York, Harrogate and the coastal towns of Whitby and Scarborough.

Breakfast: Our award winning breakfast will set you up for the day! It includes fresh fruit, yoghurt & local nutty granola plus a choice of muesli & cereals. Our cooked breakfast consists of lots of local produce, including wild boar sausages, Doreens black pudding, free range Thirsk eggs and lots more. Lighter options include Eggs Benedict & homemade smoked haddock fishcakes.

Rooms: Our three charming rooms are full of character, including original fireplaces and beamed ceilings. They are all en-suite with Tv/Dvds, free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, homemade biscuits and lots of little extras. Our recently refurbished en-suite shower rooms have luxury, egypian cotton bath sheets and luxury toiletries
