We are perfectly situated at the top of Hornby Road away from the hustle & bustle of the noisy nightlife & Ideal for event & conference delegates being only a short 5min walk to the Winter Gardens & Blackpool Tower as well as the Sealife Centre at the bottom of the road, Central Pier,The Promenade & Town centre. (The Pleasure Beach and Water Park are just a short tram ride away) We have 8 en-suite rooms each with its own sense of identity. All rooms are modern & tastefully furnished & decorated with en-suite shower room, digital freeview TV. & free WiFi. All rooms have tea & coffeee making facilities with complimentary beverages,bottled water, galaxy hot chocolate & bronte biscuits. Bath sheets & hand towels are provided along with soap,shampoo & shower gel. As we have no lift all rooms are accessed by stairs to 1st & 2nd floor rooms .We also have a licensed bar area with large flat screen TV with freeview where you can relax & unwind & car parking available. Sorry we do not allow pets or smoking within any part of the building, an outside smoking area is provided. We offer quality relaxing breaks in a quiet homely environment therfore we specialize in breaks for couples / families with children / solo travellers & event delegates only.Hence we DO NOT ACCEPT STAG/HEN OR GROUP BOOKINGS OF SINGLE OR MIXED SEX.

Breakfast: Early Start Light Choice Breakfasts available from 7.30am for business guests,event delegates & early risers with our full cooked English Breakfast menu available from 8.30am - 9.30am. Evening meals are available on MON-FRI breaks & selected weekend breaks JANUARY to JUNE (excluding Bank Holiday Weekends) which must be prebooked with 48hrs notice.
