Set in the beautiful village of Malham, amongst stunning limestone scenery with a multitude of walking and cycling routes running past the front door. We are members of Deliciously Yorkshire, as we use only locally sourced produce for our breakfasts and evening meals. Local attractions include the stunning natural amphitheatre of Malham Cove, the peaceful and intriguing Janet's Foss water fall, the impressive Goredale Scar and the popular Malham Landscape Trail. Parts of River House malham was originally built in 1664 and today River House malham combines modern facilities with period elegance. All our 8 bedrooms, are en-suite, 2 with baths and showers the other 6 with showers, some are power showers. All en-suites have heated towel rails and guest toiletries, a few of our bedrooms to the front of the house have stunning views of the dales. All bedrooms are no-smoking. One twin room is on the ground floor for easy access for the less able walkers. A fantastic choice of breakfast is served fresh each morning. A guest lounge with wood burning stove, licensed bar, free wireless internet, board games and reading matter along with secure cycle storage make this an excellent choice for anyone wishing to enjoy this beautiful corner of Yorkshire. Rooms: all 8 room are en-suite with heated towel rails, luxury toiletries, big fluffy towels, each room had tea and coffee making facilities, digital TVs, and homemade biscuits or cake.

Parking: there is free parking at the front of the house and to the side

Wifi: wifi is free through out the house

Pets: we have 1 ground floor twin room that we allow 1 dog in by prior arrangement

Disabled Facilities: we have a ground floor twin room which is ideal for the less able walker
