Our B&B offers many of the comforts of a luxury hotel, but in a personal, homely setting. All of our rooms are regularly decorated and done so with comfort in mind. "Sink" into a lush, box-spring mattress and let your cares float away. The beds are so comfortable, that guests often say; "I wish that I had gone to bed earlier!" We are situated at little over 5 minutes from the city centre and close to Aintree Race Course and the stadiums of both Premier League clubs Liverpool "Anfield" and Everton "Goodison Park". We are also far enough away to guarantee a good, quiet night's sleep. A variety of room sizes and features are available including family rooms. Our double rooms have two double beds in them, which really makes them twin doubles. We always assign a maximum of two guests to a double room unless we are requested to do otherwise. Although we do not have rooms en-suite, there are plenty of shower facilities available. We have high-speed, wireless internet access which is available to all guests for free. For your convenience we offer 24-hour access to the premises. The rate of £38.80 per person per night includes a hearty homemade (English) breakfast and an evening beverage. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements before your arrival.
