Prices at Number One B and B St Austell St Austell from £70 We are a small B&B (exclusively for Adults) with three elegantly decorated rooms and offer a personalised experience to our guests to ensure they feel welcomed and cherished. Number One is a large family house, built in the 1930s but recently refurbished, overlooking the market town of St Austell and convenient for the whole of Cornwall within an hour and a half’s drive. We offer local food produce wherever possible, and Cornish St Kitts toiletries, comfortable beds and luxury linen, a hospitality tray in each bedroom, TV and free WIFI throughout. We love our home and Cornwall and want our guests to leave loving both as well. Our aim is to give guests a Cornish experience, and after a welcoming Cornish cream tea we suggest places for them to visit in addition to the usual “tourist” attractions and are proud to recommend local places of interest. For walkers, we will meet them/drop them off again the following day and will transport luggage. For cyclists/golfers we have secure storage and plenty of free parking. We have a large garden which guests are welcome to use.
