It is a 15th century thatched pink cottage set in one and a quater acres.The river Lark runs at the bottom of the garden where you can fish or use our family Punt for a relaxing trip down the river. We have two rooms with views of the gardens .A formal garden ,a secret garden and a woodland garden where you can relax and enjoy. We offer afternoon tea in the gardens and breakfast on warm summer mornings. We have a formal dinning room where you can have a full english breakfast at the time of your choice. Our standard double room and a Luxurious king size room all have wifi, flat screen T.V,tea and coffee facilities and 100% cotton sheets.Fresh flowers in your room.We have bueaty treatment,chocolates,and evening meals which have to be pre booked. We look forward to welcoming you.

Families: We are family friendly, we have swingball, a trampoline and tree house for the children and lots of space to run and play.There are lots of places for families to vist in our area.Thetford forest,and Banham Zoo just to mentin a few.

Disabled Facilities: All our rooms are on the ground floor on one level so it is easy for disabled people, however the doors are standard size. We look forward to welcoming you.
