Designed for active & less able guests on a small working farm. 4* Gold and Access exceptional (The highest access award). Warm in winter & cool in summer inhanced by the grass & wild flower roofs. The Panoramic views over the farm and fell give guests the opitunity to enjoy watching our Highland Pony and most years a foal in the nearest paddock. Many guests come for the bird watching and wildlife (including deer, in the autumn). Combing luxury with the comfort you would want in your own home we provide riser/recliner chairs and an electric adjustable bed in the twin room which has a wet room shower en-suite. The double room has a full bathroom next to it. The open plan living room has well equipped kitchen with extra hobs & extra sinks on a lower level, thus catering got all.
