We are conveniently situated near to the Cornwall/Devon border, with easy access from the A30, in a tranquil rural valley. VisitBritain rated 4 stars, Silver Award. Both our double guest rooms have their own private front door and patio which makes for maximum privacy but you can be assured of a warm welcome and made to feel at home. Each room also has a modern ensuite shower room, freeview TV & DVD player, wireless internet access,fairtrade tea & coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, alarm clock radio, central heating and antique furniture.

Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. Please bring their own bedding. We are surrounded by quiet country lanes and fields suitable for dog-walking, and because your room has its own front door you can take him/her out for a late-night or early-morning toilet visit without fear of disturbing the household. We do not make a charge for dogs, but owners must accept responsibility for any damage caused by their pet and agree to pay the cost of repair or replacement.

Families: Children are welcome. Under 5s stay free and a travel cot, highchair and other baby/toddler equipment is available. An extra single bed can be added to your room to accommodate your child, and there is plenty of space in the garden for playing and exploring.
