Breakfast: Breakfast can be either the full Scottish or something lighter if preferred. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and fruit juice is always available.as well as Neils' special whisky marmalade.

Rooms: All rooms have en-suite walk in showers, Satelite TV/DVD, Radio Alarm, Private Safe, Tea/Coffee making facilities, hairdryer and of course are fully centrally heated.

Parking: Free on-site parking on our own private car park.

Wifi: Free high speed broadband WiFi available in all rooms.

Disabled Facilities: All our rooms are on the ground floor with easy access from our private car park. In particular, room one is fully fitted for the disabled to category one with easy wheel chair access.
