Our lovingly refurbished Georgian house has a quiet hillside location with lovely views overlooking Totnes (just 7 minutes walk into town), with Dartmoor National Park in the distance – the perfect setting for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, weekend break or business trip. Vegetarian, non-smoking, with 95% of all produce being organic, and locally sourced if possible.

Breakfast: We offer a choice of cooked or continental style vegetarian only breakfasts, including fresh fruit salad, muesli, cereals, croissants, porridge, yoghurt and juices. 95% of all our food and drinks is organic, and much of it is locally sourced where possible. We can cater for vegan and other special diets (gluten-free, wheat-free, etc.) and we always have supplies of soya and rice milk; spelt, rye, gluten-free and wheat-free bread; and various vegan products including sausages.

Rooms: We pride ourselves on the lovely atmosphere of each our rooms, which all possess a different character, and offers different facilities to suit your needs. Most have en suite bathrooms. We have two rooms that can be joined to make a family suite.

Parking: We have 3 parking spaces outside on the private drive with more available on public road nearby.

Wifi: We offer free WiFi from 7am till midnight + a broadband wired connection in the living-room.

Pets: We allow dogs in our Garden Room only so that they may enter via the garden rather than through the house, which may unsettle our cats. For pets other than dogs, please enquire.

Families: Children are always very welcome, and two of our rooms can be joined to a make family suite. We have a travel cot and highchair - plus toys and books if they get bored during breakfast.

Disabled Facilities: Unfortunately due to our steep hillside location we do not offer wheelchair access. For other facilities for disabled people, please enquire.
