The Kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge and freezer with kitchen breakfast bar separating the dining area. The Lounge/dining area facing to the front of the property with patio door to terrace, has a comfortable leather sofa and chairs, a colour television, DVD player. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, French patio doors to the front with views towards the Giltar Headland. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room. Bathroom has a full size bath with shower attachment, separate large shower with power shower, wc and wash basin. Utility room has washing machine/dryer, wc and wash basin. Allocated parking space.
