Prices at Canal Cottage Lower Heyford from £65.00 The former Wharf Manager's cottage at the entrance to the boatyard has been tastefully converted into three comfortable, centrally-heated bedrooms. Two are en-suite and one has a private bathroom. Each room has a colour TV, fridge and hair-dryer. Continental breakfast (available in room) is included, or, for a small extra charge, upgrade to a full English breakfast in Kizzies, our waterside bistro (not available from November until end of February). Canal Cottage Lower Heyford is ideal as a touring base for Oxford and the Cotswolds, for a shopping extravaganza at nearby Bicester Village shopping outlet or for enjoying the delights of Blenheim Palace and Rousham House. For motor racing fans Silverstone is only 20 miles away. Heyford rail station is about 50 yards away and offers excellent links to Oxford and Banbury, with connections to London and Birmingham and beyond. Parking available. Open all year apart from Christmas and New Year. There are three rooms available: The Weighbridge Suite The largest suite in the cottage, comprising a bedroom with king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower over. £75 per night. The Manager's Quarters Comprising a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. £70 per night. The Parlour Rooms The bedroom can be either a twin or king-size double (please specify when booking). The spacious, private bathroom is directly across the entrance hall. These rooms have, as far as the historic building allows, been made disabled-friendly. Please ask for details. £60 per night.
