Friendly, family run hotel located in the picturesque north end of Arran. Children and pets welcome. Good food served daily noon-10pm.

Owned and run by the same family for over 30 years, the Catacol Bay Hotel is a small, friendly, fully licensed hotel nestling in the hills at the picturesque north end of Arran. Situated on the sea shore 1.5 miles from the Lochranza ferry terminal and approximately 16 miles from the main ferry terminal at Brodick, the hotel boasts stunning views across the Kibrannan Sound and the Kintyre peninsula. We have a comfortable public bar with a selection of real ales (find us in CAMRA's Good Beer Guide), draught beers and lagers, spirits and malt whiskies. We serve an extensive range of meals and snacks in the bar daily from 12noon - 10pm, or enjoy our famous Sunday Buffet, served 12noon - 4pm every Sunday throughout the year. Outside there is a large beer garden with children's play area, the perfect place to watch the sun go down.

Breakfast: Full breakfast is included. Our menu includes a selection of fruit juices and cereals, toast, home-baked morning rolls, jams and marmalades, as well as a traditional full Scottish breakfast, vegetarian options and delicious Loch Fyne kippers.

Rooms: All rooms have wash hand basins, shaver points, continental quilts and tea & coffee making facilities. There is a comfortable residents lounge with colour TV, DVD player, books, games and a computer with free internet access.

Parking: The hotel has a large car park for customer use.

Wifi: Free unrestricted WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Pets: Pets are very welcome at the hotel.

Families: Families are very welcome at the Catacol Bay and we have rooms available which are suitable for family groups. A travel cot and cot bedding can be provided on request for those travelling with very young children. The hotel holds a children's license and has a large garden with children's play area.
