Breakfast: Excellent nutritional AGA-cooked breakfasts with other options (discussed beforehand).

Rooms: All rooms are fully en-suite and are very spacious and comfortable. They include..... groundfloor double en-suite with shower etc....... double en-suite with king-sized bed and bath............ extra large family room, with a double bed and single bed and a further separate single bed, full en-suite bathroom, with bath, over-bath power shower, bidet, wash-basin and large modern heated towel rail. bidet, wash-basin and heated towel rail

Parking: Own free car parking inside premises

Wifi: Free Wi-Fi on request

Pets: Allow only well-behaved pets on request and by agreement; dogs must have own sleeping bed & bedding etc. Animals not allowed on bedding or furniture. Rural position for walking plus own 1 acre field for exercise and play.

Families: Love to have young visitors. Have outdoor swings and good-sized trampoline with safety side-walls. Large 1-acre flower garden and orchard . Also, 1-acre field for recreation activities and lots of local walks etc.

Disabled Facilities: We have a double groundflour en-suite with handrails in the bathroom which has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Outside access has only 2 steps to negotiate plus a ramp into the main entrance.
