Prices at Afton Water B and B Cumnock from £25.00 - 35.00 pppn Julie and Alistair Winter offer you a warm welcome to their Bed and Breakfast / Art Experience. The detached villa is set within half an acre of its own grounds where pheasants, woodpeckers, roe deer and the occasional fox can easily be seen while you are drinking in the beautiful views. What you can expect: The accommodation is spacious. We have a family room, a double and a twin. Breakfasts are filling and we aim to use as much locally bought fresh produce as possible. Our own hens produce the large eggs for breakfast, which are also used for home baked foods. We offer discounted prices when you stay three nights or more. Full ocupancy prices start from £50 to £65 per room per night. Everybody is welcome to stay whether you are looking for a nights accommodation, while visiting friends and family, or a local wedding, or working in the area on conservation projects, or bird surveys. There are options for more involved stays at our B&B. Our unique approach is to offer painting holidays too. You will find a vast array of artwork on the walls in the guest lounge and breakfast room to stimulate your interest and maybe inspire you to develop your own artistic abilities. Please scroll down for further information. Artists We have a diverse range of art materials for work in drawing and painting, pastels, acrylics, oil and watercolour. You can work with fabric and wool, silk paints and use a sewing machine for machine embroidery. We also have a potters wheel, glazes and a kiln. So, whether you are an individual, that wants to have some time for your self, to maybe rekindle an old hobby, or if you have a family that like being creative, or have a group of friends that enjoy creating, then look no further; we would love to cater for all your creative needs.
