There is one very large double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area making it suitable for four adults. The kitchen area is well equiped with crockery and utensils,microwave and washing machine. All fuel,power and heating( underfloor), WI-FI, bedlinen and towels are included in the price. Adequate level, off street parking immediately outside, no steps or obstacles to the access. Our village is situated on the Grand Western Canal with opportunities for fishing walking and cycling. We are on a bus route to Tiverton and Exeter and 1/2 mile from Tiverton Parkway mainline rail station.
