Southbourne Villa is located in one of the principal conservation areas within Torquay we are but a short stroll to the Princess Theatre Riviera Conference and Leisure Centrequality restaurants and shops.Our location in Torquay ensures you are ideally placed for exploring the beautiful south devon countryside and coastline as well as other popular attractions.The ideal choice for both business or leisure guests who wish to avoid standard corporate accommodation.The tastefully appointed bedrooms are generously sized and well equipped and offer all the facilities expected of a high quality establishment including complimentary wi fi hairdryer quality toiletries and a generous hospitality tray. Directions to The Southbourne Villa Torquay

From the M5take the A380 to Torquay.At the end of the A380follow the signs for Torquay -you are joining the A3022 Newton Road.Continue along the A3022 until you reach Torre Station and Halfords where you should position yourself in the right hand lane.At these traffic lightsturn right into Avenue Road.Take the fourth left into Vine Road and turn right at the top into Cleveland Road the Southbourne Villa is approximately 400 yards on your left.Look out for our blue oval signs.
