 35 Kingholm Road is a late Regency Early Victorian town house. The Accommodation is sited on the top floor of the 3 story house can be considered as either a suit of rooms two double rooms with a double bed in one and twin beds in the other and a bathroom in the middle. Or two separate doubles with a shared bathroom. ( there is additional loo on the middle floor. Both rooms could accommodate a further single bed if required. br / br / br / br / We can also offer a double room on the middle floor with a loo on the landing but with a shared bathroom. br / br / br / br / The house is not suitable for wheel chair users because of the three flights of stairs. There is parking for one car at the back of the house by prior arrangement. br / br / br / br / All the rooms are large and bright and we will welcome guests with refreshments and goodies to snack on there will also be fresh flowers everywhere always! br / br / br / br / We don t mind friendly dogs by arrangement but we have a Wienmarna who is now getting old living with us so people need to be aware if they suffer allergies. She is a kind sweet dog who poses no risk to anyone. br / br / br / br / Wifi is available.
