 Nestled on the South coast between Folkestone and Hythe this great ground floor 2 bedroom apartment has everything you will need for a short or long stay. Just a short walk from the beach and promenade it is in a quiet residential estate and ideally situated for those who love walking by the sea. For those looking for a handy base for work for holiday or to visit relatives this little apartment has everything. The 2 bedrooms are themed one as beach and the other as arabic . Each room has twin beds which are great for sharers or they can easily zip together to create a huge double bed. The master bedroom has its own ensuite which is also a fully configured wetroom making it ideal for those with mobility challenges. There is also a large bathroom complete with bath and shower so no fighting or waiting in line for the bathroom in this flat ! In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas one of which is a sofabed so you can squeeze in another 2 guests with ease making up to 6 in total. The separate dining room gives a wonderful feeling of additional space to the flat which is great for entertaining or could easily become a dedicated office. The kitchen has everything you could want during your stay including washing machine and dishwasher. A smart TV android box and superfast broadband completes the package and satisfies even the most tech savvy of guests. Dover Ferry Port is a 20-minute drive away and the Eurostar at Ashford Railway Station is 25 minutes from the Kentmere. The M20 motorway is a 5-minute drive away. Folkestone Central Railway Station is 5 minutes walk away and the steam railway at Hythe is a 15-minute drive away. Deal Leeds and Dover Castles are all within 30 minutes drive. Directions to Sandgate by the Sea Folkestone

Folkestone - Road: Drive West out of Folkestone along the A259 which becomes the Sandgate Esplanade. After 2.6 miles you will see a BP garage on the left. Turn right here into Battery Point. Go up the hill for 50m and turn right into Lower Corniche. The apartment block is up the hill 250m on the left. br/ br/ Dover - Boat: From Dover jump on the A20/M20 towards Folkestone. After about 10 miles turn off at J12 towards Cheriton Channel Tunnel A20. Turn Left at Roundabout. After 150m turn Right onto Cheriton High Street. After 200m turn Left onto Horn Street. Follow road South for about 2 miles to a T-junction. Turn left onto A259 (Seabrook Road). After about 500m turn left into Battery Point. Go up the hill for 50m and turn right into Lower Corniche. The apartment block is up the hill 250m on the left. br/ br/ london - Train: Take the train from Liverpool Street London to Hythe which only takes just over an hour. This can either be direct or is usually just 1 change. Grab a taxi for a short 7 minute drive to the flat.
