 A 3 storey luxury townhouse situated in Abbey Street. The property has private parking and is located close to The Grafton shopping centre (6 mins walk) and city centre. Arranged on 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) patio garden fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with brand new furniture. The kitchen is fitted with Neff appliances including gas hob with electric oven integrated dishwasher fridge and freezer microwave oven and washing machine/dryer. The open plan living/dining room is furnished with a solid oak dining table with 6 chairs premium leather reclining 3 seater and 2 seater sofas 40 inch HD television blu ray player and double glazed French doors and window. On the first floor there are two bedrooms featuring solid oak beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a three-piece en suite shower room. On the second floor there is a further double bedroom. The rear garden is enclosed by fencing with gated rear access leading to the parking area (1 allocated space). A welcome pack with fresh milk tea coffee and sugar awaits you on arrival. A breakfast hamper with fresh bread orange juice cereal butter and preserves is also supplied. Please note that this property operates a strict no noise policy and we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given. You will be required to show photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
