 You will find a warm welcome at Yew Tree House away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday crowds yet still in walking distance of Preston Sands beach at the end of the road and Paignton centre 1 mile away where you will find shopscinemaa steam railway and a zoo. Torquay is also within walking distance or a short bus ride away leaving from a stop right outside . We have 3 rooms Room 1 on the first floor is a large 28ft suite with fantastic panoramic sea views over Torbay a seating areaa super king size bedbalcony and en suite facilities.Ideal for a luxurious stay for two. Room 2 is a double room with a luxury private bathroom with a steam room /shower and jacuzzi bath. Room 3 on the second floor has a king size bedsuperb sea views and has a private shower room. All rooms have a mini fridge with fresh milk providedflat screen TV s with DVD players and tea and coffee making facilities. Whichever room suits you best we look forward to making your stay very special and seeing you soon. Family / twin/ triple rooms can be catered for on request please call 07510626867 . Maggie our Dalmatian is very friendly and if you wish to bring your dog with you to stay you are welcome to do so but please contact us first and maybe we can find a treat or two. We have a garden which guests are welcome to use with a decking area and a table and chairs . There is plenty of on site free parking. Payment can be made for your stay in advance using paypal or bank transfer or on your departure in cash .
