A30 - Road: Leave the A30 at the Launceston junction and follow the A388 towards Holsworthy. After passing Homeleigh Garden Centre look out for the brown tourist sign Poole Farm and take this turning also signposted Crossgate and Bridgtown . Poole Farm is located about 1 mile along this road.
