A59 - Road: Heading east on the A59 turn left on to the A671. At the end of the road turn right on to Chatburn Road towards Chatburn. In front of Hudsons ice cream shop turn right on to Downham Road and follow the road for 1 mile and the Assheton Arms is on your left hand side.
