 Welcome to the Duke of Wellington Courtyard Rooms ideally situated in the heart of some of the most beautiful scenery that North Yorkshire has to offer. Our barn conversion was completed in July 2012 offering five rooms all with ensuite bathrooms and finished to a very high standard. The Courtyard Rooms allows you to choose from twin double and family room options. To further enhance your stay the Duke of Wellington Public House is a fully licensed premises offering a wide selection of traditional home cooked meals and although separate from the Courtyard Rooms is less than 20 metres away. (Please note The Courtyard Rooms and The Duke of Wellington are on the same site but are run independently). Ideally situated only a stones throw away from the Coast to Coast walking and cycling routes giving you the opportunity for a great nights rest before the next leg of your journey. (Regional Route 52 to Whitby for you cyclists). If the Coast to Coast is a little too strenuous for you then why not visit some of the local market towns. Yarm Northallerton Stokesley Great Ayton Osmotherly and Thirsk are all within 10 minutes providing a winning combination of unique shopping and lovely cosy tea rooms. Not done enough shopping Then Middlesbrough Town centre Teesside retail park and Hartlepool Marina is only a short drive away. If you fancy travelling further a field then Helmsley York Whitby and Scarborough are all within easy reach.
