 Number 88 is built over 5 floors over which our 10 rooms are situated It has been guest house for over 80 years and is one of the oldest in Loughborough. We have now been at Number 88 for 5 years and we are still improving the building constantly we are bringing the building up to our own high standards while still keeping the character of its Victorian features like the cast iron Victorian fire places in most of the rooms. We pride ourselves on service and value which is why breakfast is included in the price you pay and not an additional add on. We have installed fibre optic broadband to the building to offer a wifi service which is free of charge all rooms have LCD televisions with HD and free view tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. We are only a 5 minute walk from Loughborough town centre which has all the benefits of a busy university town with its numerous shops restaurants and bars. The Great Central Railway is a short walk away and Loughborough University is a brisk 20 minute walk. Off road parking is available opposite the guest house although time restrictions do apply during the working day but plenty of parking is available on the road to the rear of the property. Check in time is from 4pm till 9pm although if you require an earlier time from 11am till 4pm please contact us. As we are a listed building we are sorry there is no lift to the upper floors.
