Our well-furbished rooms come with central heating Freeview TV/DVD player and tea-/coffee-making facilities. We welcome families and provide fridge and bunk beds in family rooms (travel cot highchair and baby alarm available at no additional cost - on a first-come first-served basis). At our guest house jumpstart your day with continental or cooked breakfast served from 7AM to 9AM. Earlier breakfast may be possible but must be arranged/agreed prior to booking. For added convenience we offer daily parking permits (£2 for a 24-hr permit) and free wireless Internet access throughout the property. /p Our convenient location in Great Yarmouth places us within walking distance of the seafront and the town centre.
