It is also listed as No 1 on Trip Advisor for Aberdeen Guest Houses. The ten recently refurbished rooms have either en-suite(8) or private(2) facilities. Each room has a tea/coffee tray and Freeview and satellite television, are also provided. There is a private car park at the rear of the house and complimentary Internet WiFi connection is provided, for use with personal laptops. For the comfort and health of the guests The Jays operated a non-smoking policy throughout. The Jays is ideally situated near the city centre and is handily placed for business or pleasure pursuits. Alice and George Jennings, the owners, have been running The Jays for the past 28 years and take pride in the service and facilities that they provide for their guests.

Breakfast: The Jays operates a dual tariff - one without breakfast (complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits in rooms) OR including breakfast. Organic oatcakes and various cheeses. ............................ Scrambled, Boiled or Poached Eggs on toast Poached Smoked Haddock Grilled Kipper ........................ All served with toasted white or brown bread and fresh coffee or tea We also have a selection of herbal teas Vegetarian and Vegan meals cooked on request.

Parking: There is a free private car park at the rear of The Jays. Also there is unlimited on street parking if necessary.
