The Barn Exmouth is located just minutes from the beach with a stunning view across the estuary. East access to the town, Exeter and local attractions. We have 11 rooms in total with 2 single rooms standard double and superior King/Twin rooms. A full English breakfast is included with locally sourced produce. A warm welcome awaits you at The Barn Exmouth.

Breakfast: Help yourself to fruit, cereals and juice, then enjoy a full English breakfast cooked to order with locally sourced produce and free range eggs how you like them!

Rooms: Superior en-suite rooms are spacious with fantastic sea views, tea & coffee making facilities, TV and either settee or chairs to relax in.

Parking: Large car park free for residents

Pets: Pets are welcome providing they are booked in advance. We just ask that pets are not taken into the public rooms in the hotel.

Families: We have a small number of rooms that we can put beds in to accommodate children up to 14yrs. We also have cots and high chairs available.
