Beautifully converted farm steadings, A genuinely friendly B&B accommodation in the Scottish Borders.

Set in 2 acres of garden 5 miles from the Scottish border and near to Jedburgh & Hawick. The Steadings is ideally located as a stopover to or from Scotland. We have 3 rooms all with ensuite shower/bathrooms, lcd TV and drink making facilities. We also have a separate guest sitting room with access to the terrace and garden.

Breakfast: Breakfast Menu. Choice of cereals, fruit juices, toast and preserves. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, tea or coffee And choice of either.... Full Scottish breakfast:- bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms,tomatoes,potato scones.(or part of your choice) Scottish smoked salmon with scrambled local free-range eggs on a toasted muffin. Smoked haddock with poached egg. Continental breakfast with crusty bread, ham and cheeses.
