Most of my clients simply want to lose some weight, shape up and get a bit fitter, they want to feel better. I am as passionate now as i was when i first started in the business in 1985 and am 100% dedicated to my clients goals and wellbeing. I can go out to clients, clients can come to my studio or i have two local gyms that i can meet clients at if they prefer. All my clients receive a free online support system to ensure that even when i am not with them they have access to each of their workouts and videos of each exercise listed. I offer a free no obligation consultation which lasts as long as it needs to. I have a team of local peers who have a myriad of holistic and medical skills should i feel the need to reffer at any stage.
