We are very happy to welcome you to our home . Situated on the Fife Coast it's an ideal location to visit Edinburgh and Central Scotland

Bed and Breakfast in lovely seaside location. After 26 years in the hospitality industry we know each visitor is unique and has their own ideas on what makes their holiday special. We try to make your visit here an occasion to be remembered and for all the right reasons. We offer uninterrupted views across the sea to the Edinburgh skyline from the garden and from the upstairs twin room. Our double room offers views of the garden and bird life.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 8.30am and all preserves and bread are homemade. We offer 6 options including vegetarian choices. There is also a selection of fruits, yogurts,cereals and homemade Muesli.

Rooms: Our two bedrooms rooms are decorated to a high standard with Bathsheets, hand towels,and face clothes. Our sheets are 100% cotton. There is a tea tray with a selection of beverages and homemade shortbread or cake. They both have ensuite shower rooms with a selection of Scottish Fine Soap products for our guests use.Both look out over the garden and river. The rooms also have Freeview televisions, hairdryers and many extras.
