Award winning, 4 star GOLD boutique B&B. Craigatin House is tucked away in secluded wooded grounds in the Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry, Scotland. This beautiful early Victorian house has now been transformed into a boutique bed & breakfast, providing a unique blend of the traditional with the luxury of contemporary design. City chic in a rural setting. The individually designed spacious deluxe rooms all have comfortable six foot wide beds and are decorated with stylish fabrics and furnishings. All rooms have large HD LCD TV’s, Freeview and CD/DVD players. We also have free Wi-Fi access in all of our bedrooms and public areas. For special occasions, our luxury suite has all of the above with the addition of a private sitting room complete with Espresso machine, Ipod docking station, two large LCD TV’s and Bluray CD/VDV player. Breakfast is served in our brand new contemporary dining room where you'll also find our guest lounge and large welcoming log burning stove. We are centrally located with private off road parking, just minutes flat walking distance away from all the Pitlochry Theatre, fish ladder and dam and all local bars, restaurants and local attractions.

Breakfast: We offer an exicting range of breakfast choices from a cold buffet selection to our famous porridge and traditional breakfasts with pancakes and omlettes!

Rooms: All 14 bedrooms at Craigatin offer en-suite facilities, quality beds, large LCD TV's, free wi-fi access and are decorated in stylish modern and contemporary colours and fabrics.

Parking: We have free private off road parking for all our guests

Wifi: We have free access wi-fi in all of our rooms and public areas

Pets: We do not accept pets or animals

Families: Craigatin House offers double and twin rooms only.

Disabled Facilities: We have three flat access ground floor rooms (two twins and one double. Room 15 is specifically set up for people with mobility problems with wet room shower.
