The house has a cosy guest lounge and a welcoming garden and a small copse of mature pine trees which guests are free to enjoy. Our standard Bed & Breakfast rates are £63prpn (single occupancy £46). We also run special offers and discounts the longer you stay. In addition we are happy to provide packed lunches and flasks for your days out at very reasonable rates. Set in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Llanwrtyd Wells and within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and the station, Cerdyn Villa is conveniently located and yet wonderfully secluded. It serves as an ideal base to explore the wonderful Powys and Carmarthenshire countryside and is only 20minutes from the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells. Scenery is magnificent, un-crowded and unspoilt, great for walkers, mountain bikers, off-roaders, birdwatchers and fishermen.
