Brú Ború is a Cultural Centre located at the foot of the historic Rock of Cashel.
During the summer months from June right through until August we run traditional Irish entertainment nights. These run for five nights each week Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Our performers are some of the very best in Ireland and have traveled the world performing their show.
We pride ourselves in showcasing authentic Irish traditional entertainment, through music, song, dance and storytelling. After the formal proceedings in the theatre the visitors are invited to join the performers for a seisiún in our Teach Ceoil (house of music) tea/coffee and scones are served here as well as offering a fully stocked bar facility. In this informal seisiún people are invited to partake and are also taught a few steps of famous Irish dance. This is a truly unique experience that has enthralled thousands of people each year.
Prior to the shows proceedings we offer a pre show dinner which is served in our adjoining restaurant. Pre booking is required.
Shows commence at 9 p.m. and the dinner commences at 7p.m.
On entering the building we have a well stocked craft shop and reception area that also facilitates our 'Sounds of History' cultural exhibition,
which is an interactive exhibit on the history of Ireland. The exhibition is self guided and relays the story of Ireland from ancient times right up to the present time. There is also a large portion of the exhibition dedicated to traditional music song and dance.
Admission prices are:

The exhibition can be viewed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.
