Bodywise Pilates Salisbury is a fully equipped Pilates and rehabilitation studio in Salisbury, and the only specialist Pilates Foundation studio in Wiltshire, open since December 2008. We offer group matwork classes for all levels of ability, as well as chair-based classes for those with restricted mobility, and classes for pregnant women. We also offer studio classes on the Pilates equipment (reformers, cadillacs, stability chairs, and barrels), either on a one-to-one / two-to-one basis or in groups.
