BoBo’s will provide a combination of excellent quality Irish sourced food & drink at value pricing, with fun Irish branding and atmosphere.  Our menu will provide a range of 18 quality beef, lamb, chicken, pork & vegetarian burgers along with a range of popular side dishes.  In addition to the dessert menu, we will be serving Murphy’s famous Ice cream & traditional whipped cones and our coffee & tea will be provided by Bewleys.   Traditional alcoholic & non- alcoholic drinks will also be sold in our outlet including wine, draught Guinness & Heineken along with a range of Irish craft beers such as O’ Hara’s & Curam ales.   ?Food Philosophy BoBos is a proud member of Good Food Ireland, a marketing body promoting quality Irish produce. At Bobo’s we select the best quality cuts from prime young heifer meat. All our meat is under 20 months old, is fully traceable and is sourced mainly form Wexford. Our beef is dry aged, which means it is hung for 3 weeks in a cold room so that it can dry naturally and retain its natural juices.  We use Irish Maris Piper potatoes sourced mainly from Leinster which are cooked in unsaturated vegetable oil.  Our onion rings are made daily by hand and aredipped in our special home made beer batter for a delicious crunchy taste. For the new menu, we ll add more Irish sourced products, which would be pretty surprised!
