Prices at Alconbury Guesthouse Tunbridge Wells from £75 Alconbury is our elegant Edwardian family home. We are situated within a peaceful conservation area and our luxurious rooms and silver service are perfect for a relaxing break. We have carefully modified out luxury Balcony Suite to enable us to welcome less mobile guests and are delighted to have been awarded the M1 and H1 accessibility awards. We also have a 5 star GOLD award as well as a VisitEngland breakfast award. Please refer to our access statement on our website for full details of the service we can offer less mobile guests.

Breakfast: We offer a wide ranging menu and aim to cater for all tastes and diets. We have been awarded the coveted VisitEngland Breakfast Award.

Rooms: The Balcony Suite is a luxury two-roomed suite with a balcony overlooking the peaceful south facing rear garden. There are twin beds, easy chairs, television and DVD, dining table and chairs, library, desk, tea and coffee making tray as well as en suite facilities with a separate toilet.

Parking: Our home is in a residential road and therefore benefits from unrestricted parking on the road outside. We do also have a drive at the side of the house, which can be secured, where guests may park.

Wifi: We offer free interent access in both the Balcony Suite and the Bower Room.

Families: The Balcony Suite is ideal for families as it is a two roomed suite. I can put up to two extra beds in the second room so parents still benefit from a measure of privacy in the main room.
