In the restaurant Head Chef Paul Foster and his team have created exciting contemporary menus reflecting their passion for fresh food and local produce. Tuddenham Mill was awarded 2 rosettes by the AA soon after the launch of the first menu and are waiting for further visits to see if they will be awarded a third. They are also delighted to have been included in the Good Food Guide 2011.
