The Regency is a charming Victorian guest house located opposite the boating lake and the beach. Owners Nicole and Marina are ready to greet you with the warmest of welcomes. Our guest house is adult-only. All rooms are en suite and have been completely refurbished in March 2011. In the morning a delicious breakfast is served in a sun-lit front room overlooking the boating lake. Several choices from the menu including tempting home-baked treats are completed with freshly ground coffee and a laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast ingredients are organic and sourced locally whenever possible. Small fisherman port Littlehampton with its sand dunes and pebble beaches is a perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing get-away. Littlehampton's marina is a favorite West Sussex hotspot for sailing and yachting. Littlehampton Golf Club the oldest golf club in West Sussex can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. For those who want to venture further afield Arundel and Chichester are close by as well as Wittering and Chichester harbor. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. We are sure that your stay will be a most enjoyable one!

From London follow M23 then A23. Follow signs to the seafront. The Regency is located directly on the Littlehampton seafront next to the Oyster Pond. There is free parking along the street in front of the guest house (subject of availability).Travel time from London about 1 hour 40 min from Dover about 2 hours 20 min from Newhaven about 55 min.
