Complementing the cuisine is a well stocked wine cellar.Situated in around 2 acres guests can relax in any of the secluded garden areas and take in the tranquility of the peaceful Sussex landscape. The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from May to September and features seating near the pool or set back surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs.The hotel has a large car park to the rear with ample space for around 40 vehicles.

Coming from the London M25 continue to the end and join the A21. Follow the A21 towards Hastings. Take the first exit on the John's Cross roundabout (ignoring the direction to Battle). Follow this road before taking the left turn sign-posted Sedlescombe. Coming into Sedlescombe The Brickwall Hotel Battle stands at the top of the green.
