Exit A55 at juntion 22 marked Old Colwyn and go to the promenade turn left on to promenade travel for about 3miles around the bay go through Rhos-on-Sea past the harbour and around Rhos point about 100 metres on the left side is College Ave turn into College Ave and continue until you get to The Ashmount COLWYN BAY.
