Saracens is a former 18th century coaching inn set in the Shropshire countryside 5 miles north of the historic town of Shrewsbury. Owned and operated by 37 year-old Kentish-born Ben and 35 year-old Texan Allison Christie the inn has a traditional bar and 2 restaurant dining areas. There is a pretty courtyard garden 5 comfortable guest rooms and a private car park. The restaurant serves modern British and International cuisine using local produce wherever possible and traditional breeds meat from their family farm in South Shropshire.Looking for the perfect place to 'wine dine and recline'? Directions to Saracens at Hadnall Shrewsbury

From Manchester airport take the M56 toward Chester for about 12 12 miles to junction 10 then exit toward Northwich and the A49. At A559 take the 2nd exit onto Tarporley Rd A49 heading to Whitchurch. Drive for about 6 miles then take the 2nd exit and stay on the A49. Saracens sits directly on the A49 (Shrewsbury Rd). From Birmingham airport take the M6 ramp to Birmingham and stay on the M6 for about 20 miles until you reach junction 10a where you will exit onto the M54 toward Wolverhampton and Telford. Drive another 21 miles and continue onto the A5 (follow signs for Shrewsbury). After about 7 miles take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto A49 heading to WhitchurchNewcastleA53EllesmereA528Shrewsbury. Saracens is right on the A49 in Hadnall across from the large Church on the left-hand side of the road.
