M5 motorway to junction 6. A449 towards Worcester and Kidderminster. At island 1st exit minor road signed Claines 12 mile. 1st left into School Bank.Oaklands is approx. 12 mile on right hand side. It is the 1st house on the right and has the name low down on the garden wall. NO BandB SIGN.
